Background
Established in 1993, specialised in Food Court cleaning maintenance, we were able to cover most major food courts around town as one of the major cleaning contractor. From there we expanded to other cleaning services as well.
1994
While maintaining current contracts, we expanded to Ipoh, where we took on the task on maintaining cleaning services for multi-floored shopping complexes. Our annual turnover was over RM 1 million at that time.
1995 – 1997
At our peak achievement, we expanded further taking our annual turnover from RM 1 million to a staggering RM 1.8 million in 1995, RM 3.2 million in 1996 and over RM 4 million in 1997! Employees count shot up from 200 employees to 350 in 1995, 400 in 1996 and over 450 in 1997! We proved ourselves to be a major player in the industry itself.
1998 – 1999
The economic downturn took a bite from us as well, where our contracts decreased due to restrained budgets from our clients. However we maintained an annual turnover of over RM 3 million and employees count of over 300.
2000 – 2001
Not many changes during these years where we maintained our performance with annual turnover of over RM 3 million and employees of over 300 workers. Nevertheless we provided maximum satisfaction to our clients.
2002 – 2003
Our achievements up to date are indeed blood and sweat of every person in the company where we strive to maintain the best quality service as our company policy. Being better all the time has taken us this far over many downturns and it will continue to take us further into the future. Therefore we are confident that we will always be one of the best in the industry!
2003 – 2008
During this time the company has double in size and continues to project a strong growth pattern for the future. In spite of its growth, the Ace Cleaning keeps a strong commitment to the principals of customer satisfaction through their hands-on involvement in the daily operations of the company. 2003 was the best year as the company given a chance to maintenance the biggest and outspoken shopping complex in country which takes at least 120 over of manpower.
